The claims are moderate to severe in nature and the successful candidate will have a dynamic personality and the ability to excel in a high performance environment. The Senior Technical Specialist Bodily Injury and CGL ensures claims are properly investigated, evaluated, and resolved in a timely manner.What You Will DoProvide oversight of external adjusters on outsourced claimsInvestigate, evaluate,



negotiate commercial lines casualty claims of moderate to high complexityManage challenging coverage claims with tact and professionalismConduct technical audits to monitor quality, activity, reserving and expensesDirect vendor partners as necessaryProvide high quality customer experience to all stakeholdersCollaborate effectively with peers/other departmentsPresent Large Losses to a CommitteeRemain up-to-date on industry trends and case lawManage claims in litigation, participate in mediations, pre‐trials and settlement conferencesOccasional travel is requiredPlease note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation.
