We value professionalism, compassion, and high-quality early childhood education.Job DutiesThe Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for:Designing and implementing developmentally appropriate programs for children aged 0–5.Leading daily activities such as storytelling, creative arts, music, outdoor play, and guided exploration.Observing children's behavior and development and documenting progress.Identifying potential developmental delays or concerns and informing supervisors and families.Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.Ensuring children's safety, health, and well-being at all times.Assisting children with daily routines such as eating, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.Maintaining a clean,
