The Rigger - Survey and inspection Team is responsible for conducting aerial surveys using a drone to inspect telecommunication structures. This role works closely with the Quality Control Manager and reports any anomalies observed in the field. The incumbent must comply with common installation standards and guidelines for aerial structure inspections.Work ScheduleMust be available to travel from Monday to Friday (with the possibility of 10 consecutive days of work).Work Location4370 Steeles Ave West, Unit 10 Woodbridge, Ontario | L4L 4Y4ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Technical SurveysConduct detailed surveys of existing installations (antennas, radios, cabling, mounts).Measure and document antenna heights, azimuths, and mechanical tilts.Identify antenna types, mounts, RF equipment, and fiber equipment.Photograph and document the condition of installations.Produce accurate reports for engineering and design teams.Tower-Top InspectionClimb to the top of structures to inspect:Antennas and mountsRadios (RRU/RRH)RF cables and fiberVerify mechanical condition (fastenings, corrosion,
