Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks across our project sites. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a agile work workplace.

Prior experience is not required, as training will be provided, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting.

Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies
Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed
Perform general site cleanup to maintain safety and orderliness
Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
Operate basic machinery or tools after proper training (if applicable)




Contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Skills
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods
Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
Valuable communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Attention to safety procedures and awareness of workplace hazards
Basic understanding of tools and equipment (training provided if needed)

Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or industrial settings is a plus but not required
