Design and deliver effective ECE lessons
Monitor and assess student learning outcomes
Guide students through practical training activities
Collaborate on curriculum development
Cultivate a welcoming and supportive classroom environment Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education required
Valuable standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
Experience in early childhood education or adult teaching
Strong organizational and communication skills
