Location: GTA and surrounding areas

Must be available to work evenings and weekends when required for projects.

We are looking for 2 experienced and reliable Heavy-Duty Project Team Workers to join our skilled cleaning operations team.

The successful candidates will have strong hands-on experience in floor care, operating floor scrubbers, stripping and waxing, window cleaning, high dusting, and other specialty cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and properly maintain automatic floor scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, and other floor-care equipment
Perform floor stripping, waxing, refinishing, and maintenance
Perform heavy-duty and deep-cleaning projects
Complete interior and exterior window cleaning
Perform high dusting of ceilings, vents, light fixtures, beams, and other elevated areas
Perform carpet cleaning and other specialty cleaning services as required
Safely handle cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
Maintain equipment and report any issues to management
Travel to different client locations throughout the GTA
Work independently and as part of a project team
Follow all company health, safety, and quality-control procedures




Work evenings and weekends when required for projects

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning or specialty project experience
Solid hands-on experience operating floor scrubbers and floor-care equipment
Proven experience with strip and wax
Experience with window cleaning and high dusting
Knowledge of commercial cleaning chemicals and proper dilution
Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record
Ability and willingness to travel to different job sites
Available to work weekends as needed
Physically capable of performing heavy-duty cleaning duties
Reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service
