We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator at Level 2 or 3 to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Create a welcoming and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
Observe and assess each child's progress, providing tailored support to meet individual needs
Communicate regularly with families about their child's development, milestones, and any concerns
Support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or accommodations for disabilities
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance, and developmental observations




Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and improve classroom practices

Skills
Robust command of English; proficiency in French or bilingual skills is a plus
Experience working with children in early childhood settings or classroom environments
Knowledge of childcare principles, early childhood education standards, and child development theories
Ability to work effectively with children who have disabilities or special needs
Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
Proficient in computer operation and record-keeping software for documentation purposes
Demonstrated organizational skills and time management to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and positive classroom dynamics
Writing skills for maintaining detailed reports and developmental assessments
