Duties
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting that encourages exploration and learning
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Provide attentive caregiving by attending to children’s basic needs such as feeding, diapering, and comfort
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities,



through tailored teaching strategies and accommodations
Foster positive relationships with children to build trust and encourage social interaction
Collaborate with colleagues and families to monitor progress and address individual developmental goals
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, observations, and developmental milestones

Requirements
Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Ability to provide nurturing care while maintaining safety standards
Classroom experience demonstrating effective behavior management techniques
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members
Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred
