Duties and Responsibilities:
Fitting of pressure vessels from blueprints.
Must be expereinced with TIG (GTAW).
Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards, including ASME, TSSA, ULC, and welding quality requirements.
Ability to read and work from blueprints / drawings, including understanding of welding symbols and welding procedures.
Experienced with Stick (SMAW), Mig (GMAW), with the ability to pass an open root horizontal plate test, or 5G/6G open root pipe test.
Experience with Sub-arc (SAW), and Air Arc Gouging is an asset.
Experience with pressure equipment fabrication (Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Piping, Assembly, ETC) is preferred.
Experience with Stainless Steel, and/or any Nickel alloys is preferred.
Must be willing to work in confined spaces and at heights.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour
