This position encompasses support and counselling, life skills facilitation, and management of crisis situations. Engage with a community-oriented team dedicated to making a difference. Key Responsibilities:
Offer support for hygiene, budgeting, and nutrition
Facilitate programming that encourages independent living skills
Support clients during various community activities
Address challenging behaviors with effective management techniques
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Requirements:
Minimum two-year experience in Developmental Services
Relevant diploma in Social Services field
Certification in First Aid/CPR and Crisis Prevention
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
