Join Source One Financial Services as a Territory Manager focused on growing our RV and Marine dealer network. This field-based role emphasizes relationship building and effective financing support. In this position, you will manage a portfolio of dealerships, connecting with F&I; and Sales Managers to facilitate quick deal closures.

You will tackle financing questions and drive loan applications while nurturing relationships with existing dealers and recruiting current ones. Collaborating with Underwriting to resolve complex deals will be essential. Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage a territory of RV and Marine dealerships
Support dealers with financing and deal structuring inquiries
Foster relationships to grow booked loans
Provide quick communication on approvals and funding
Manage monthly dealer contests and campaigns for increased volume Requirements:
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Self-driven and capable of multi-dealer management
Comfortable engaging in financing discussions
Solid follow-up and problem-solving skills
