Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections or inquiries
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available
Prepare and serve food items following safety and sanitation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Support food preparation activities as needed to ensure timely service and quality standards are met





Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food handling procedures
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in cashiering, serving, or food industry roles is highly desirable
Capable of multitasking between food preparation, customer interactions, and cleanliness duties
