and excited to practice in a space that supports growth as a clinicianYour Roles And ResponsibilitiesAssess and develop comprehensive treatment plans for a variety of pediatric musculoskeletal, developmental, and functional concerns using evidence-informed chiropractic careDeliver family-centred care while prioritizing communication, education, and informed consent throughout the treatment processMaintain complete, accurate patient records using Jane AppCommunicate clearly with clients, caregivers, teammates, and leadershipCoordinate referrals, requisitions, and collaborative care plans with internal and external healthcare providersStay engaged in ongoing education and professional developmentContribute to the clinic's community presence through education, workshops, and outreach initiativesMinimum QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:Registered Chiropractor in good standing with the provincial regulatory College (CCOA)Valid malpractice insurance (CCPA)Additional education, certification, or demonstrated clinical experience in pediatric chiropractic care (ICPA, CACCP, or equivalent preferred)Clinical experience, interest, or coursework in caring for infants, children, adolescents, and familiesA willingness to work with a diverse and dynamic client populationComfortable working both independently and within a collaborative teamCurrent CPR-C / First Aid certificationBonus Points For...Additional advanced certifications (perinatal care, soft tissue therapies, rehabilitation, etc.)Experience working collaboratively alongside pediatric occupational therapists, pelvic health physiotherapists, massage therapists or other pediatric healthcare professionalsFamiliarity with EMRs (Jane App), Gmail, WhatsApp, and other digital toolsInterest or experience in providing trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and family-centred careWhat We ValueDuring the interview process, we'll look for real examples that reflect:CompassionClinical skillAn ability to work within a collaborative environmentCommunication skillsA willingness to adapt, learn, and evolve your practiceYour dedication to creating an inclusive space for all, upheld with professionalism
