Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction management with accuracy.
Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high service standards.
Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices to comply with health regulations.
Oversee restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and cleanliness standards.
Interview potential team members, participate in hiring processes, and assist in onboarding new staff.




Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service environments with a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience within restaurant management or hospitality settings.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and health regulations relevant to the food industry.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in interviewing, team management, and training staff to foster a positive work setting.
