Keeping clients informed through telephone and email while nurturing subcontractor relationships is key to your success in this role. Your detail-oriented and proactive nature will significantly contribute to case management and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate technician dispatch and order relevant equipment
Update customers throughout service processes




Maintain robust subcontractor relationships
Prepare quotes for out of warranty services
Review and handle Work and Purchase Orders Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
Written and spoken fluency in French and English
Solid organizational and time management capabilities
Proven multitasking ability in a busy setting
