Create memorable experiences for the City of Thunder Bay as the Customer Service & Sponsorship Coordinator. This role combines community engagement, event support, and sponsorship development to enhance local culture. As an integral part of the Sport & Community Development Section, you’ll lead customer service efforts at Fort William Gardens, manage ticketing, and build crucial relationships with sponsors and event promoters.

Your work will help deliver engaging programs and events year-round, highlighting Thunder Bay's cultural richness while promoting community inclusion. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sponsorship and fundraising initiatives effectively
Secure large-scale events for municipal venues




Maintain relationships with facility user groups and community partners
Manage advertising and digital prospects for revenue growth
Update and monitor social media channels actively Requirements:
Relevant degree with two years industry experience
Proficient in fundraising, sponsorship sales, and grant management
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to resolve conflicts positively
