We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. Must be 19 plus of age.

Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in person.
Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
Foster positive relationships with clients.
Proven experience in customer service,



sales, or related roles.
Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively without compromising customer satisfaction.
Robust interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced setting.
