Investigate and resolve complex bodily injury claims
Engage with claimants and legal professionals regularly
Mentor and provide support to claims team members
Ensure client service meets top industry standards
Implement innovative solutions for claims processes Requirements:
At least three years of related claims experience
Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma
Required Chartered Insurance Skilled (CIP) designation
Regional adjuster license(s) dependent on work province
