Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive, qualified relationships with clients, their families, and care team members through clear and compassionate communication.
Assist clients with personal care activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.




Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, shopping, and household organization.
Companionship
Transportation Assistance (Driver's License Required)
Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition to family members and appropriate care staff.
Foster a safe, clean, and supportive home workplace that promotes independence and enhances quality of life.
Assist with other tasks as assigned.
