Responsibilities
Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
Maintain cleanliness of all dishwashing stations and ensure proper sanitation standards are met
Assist with food handling tasks when needed, including organizing supplies and restocking dishware
Support kitchen staff by preparing areas for food preparation and service
Follow safety procedures to prevent slips, trips, and other hazards in the dishwashing area
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen environment

Requirements




Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety, and sanitation standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail to ensure all dishes and kitchen tools are thoroughly cleaned
