A well-established dental clinic serving the Humber Bay community for over 20 years, specializing in cosmetic and implant dentistry, is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a busy, modern dental setting.

The successful candidate must be energetic, comfortable working efficiently between multiple dental operatories, highly proficient in digital technology, and possess excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities
Assist dentists with general, restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures
Prepare and maintain multiple dental operatories throughout the day
Work efficiently between operatories while anticipating the needs of the dentists
Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control protocols
Prepare instruments, materials, and equipment for procedures
Take digital X-rays and assist with digital records and clinical documentation
Maintain accurate patient charts and treatment information
Monitor clinical supplies and assist with inventory management
Support productive patient flow and communication between the clinical and administrative teams
Maintain clean, organized,



and fully prepared treatment rooms

What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience, including at least one full year with the same dental practice
Solid knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Professional and confident communication with patients
Ability to anticipate clinical needs and work independently
Experience with digital dentistry and dental practice-management software is a strong asset
ABELDent experience is an asset
Experience with cosmetic, implant, and comprehensive restorative dentistry is an asset

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a busy clinical team, and can combine excellent patient care with efficiency, organization, and strong technical skills.

Part-Time | $26–$30/hour, depending on experience
