Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Administrator to join our growing Pediatric and Orthodontic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support the dental team, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience with Curve dental software, along with knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and surgery would be highly valued. This role offers an excellent chance to grow within a qualified environment committed to delivering high-quality dental services.

Duties
Greeting and checking in patients
Updating patient profiles in Curve
Billing out patients
Setting up appointments

Qualifications
Provide amazing customer service. If you have no dental experience, but excel at providing service with a smile, please apply. We are willing to train the right person.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.




Familiarity with dental procedures and Curve dental software
Experience working with orthodontics, pediatrics, or as a dental receptionist is a plus
Solid communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
