Note: 3 month contract ending December 2026 with opportunity to convert to full time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Electronics Assembly & Testing

· Assemble electronic analyzers and related equipment from schematics, drawings and work instructions.

· Remove required raw materials and components from inventory and create/process Production Work Orders (PWOs).

· Perform production testing, quality control, troubleshooting and correction of electronic assemblies.

· Test circuits using equipment such as multimeters, external power supplies and resistor boxes.

· Assemble small control panels, including terminal connections, PCB installation and cable connectors.

· Perform basic soldering of wires, connectors and electronic components.

· Work with microcontroller circuits and electronic components including buses, EPROM, EEPROM, RAM and logic circuits.

· Work with isolated output circuits, including 4–20 mA signals.

· Read and identify small markings on electronic components and PCBs.

· Document test results and maintain accurate production and quality records.

Mechanical Sensor Assembly

· Mechanically assemble sensors and related components according to specifications and work instructions.

· Prepare and mix materials used in sensor assembly, including epoxy resins and electrolyte gels.

· Strip and prepare cables and wires using appropriate tools and techniques.

· Perform fine soldering and wiring of sensor components.

· Inspect completed assemblies for quality, workmanship and conformance to specifications.

Inventory & ERP Operations Administration





· Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions in the ERP system.

· Process receiving, inventory and production documentation.

· Validate and process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable documentation.

Quality Control & Production Support

· Perform inspection and quality checks on completed products.

· Diagnose production issues and make corrections as required.

· Follow established procedures and work instructions.

· Identify opportunities to improve production processes, quality and efficiency.

· Maintain a clean, organized and safe production area.

Other functions:

· Shipping & Logistics - Package finished products carefully for domestic and international shipment.

Prepare shipping documentation and online shipping transactions. Coordinate with couriers and carriers as required. Ensure orders are packaged accurately and ready for shipment.

· Chemical Production - Perform small-batch production of calibration standards and other chemical products according to established procedures. Follow applicable safety, handling, labeling and quality procedures. Record production information and test results accurately

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Requirements





- Post-secondary education in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering Technician/Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Follow established procedures and work instructions.

Certifications:
- Worker Health & Safety Awareness Certificate – save “Proof of Completion” before exiting.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
