Aerospace Process Planner

- Key skills: Assembly, Test modules, Aircraft engine, GD&T;, Technical drawings.

Candidate Will:

- Plan, develop and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES.

- Define and validate the tooling and test equipment necessary to assemble test modules and engines conforming to P&WC; quality and engineering standards.

- Maintain the Engine Center General instructions (ECGI). General instructions that guide assemblers on standard work.

- Support CVIS and data plate machine (ROFFIN) programming.

- Support the implementation and programming of TMS (torque measuring system).

- Participates in PFMEAS and RPN determination.

Candidate Needs:

- 3yrs to 20+ years of experience in assembling and testing modules and engines.

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline is preferred or Mechanical Engineering Technicians

- Must speak fluent French.

- This position is onsite in Mirabel.

- Must support on Weekends.
