Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions swiftly and accurately.
Handle cash, credit card payments, and make change confidently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
Support food preparation tasks as needed, following food safety and sanitation standards.
Upsell menu items or promotions to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness of the cashier station, dining area, and food prep zones in compliance with sanitation guidelines.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality or safety.




Follow all food handling protocols to ensure safety and quality standards are met consistently.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential!
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus; basic math skills are necessary for accurate cash handling.
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
Ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in cashiering or cash handling roles demonstrates reliability and trustworthiness.
Basic understanding of food preparation processes and restaurant operations is advantageous.
