Job Summary The Busser is responsible for assisting the server in ensuring timely and professional service to our guests.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Wiping down all tables with a clean cloth and setting and/or resetting all tables.
Ensuring dirty dishes are taken to the dish area and sorting them as required.
Ensuring clean dishes are placed in the proper stations.
Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant and assisting the server in maintaining clean tables.
Emptying garbage and recyclables.
Ensuring the serving area is clean and tidy.
Having knowledge of the menus and specials and responds to guest inquiries when asked.
Assisting in other Food & Beverage outlets as assigned.
Assisting the servers with table service as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to multi-task.
Outgoing, courteous and friendly.
Ability to work as a team.
Must be able to work a Minimum of 4+ days a week




Flexible schedule to include weekdays weekends and holidays
Proven experience in cleaning, food service, or restaurant environments
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
Experience in serving or hospitality roles preferred
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in rapid-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues as needed
