The candidate will engage in site preparation, logistics, and communication with various stakeholders to deliver successful projects. Regular travel to multiple sites will be required for oversight and inspections. Key Responsibilities:
Lead modular housing project management and timelines
Coordinate excavation, grading, and utility inspections
Ensure sites are ready before scheduled home delivery
