Duties
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and organize dental supplies to ensure readiness for patient appointments
Assist dentists during basic dental procedures
Manage patient records efficiently using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout visits
Support the front desk team by handling dental receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information




Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards to protect patients and staff at all times

Qualifications
Current certification as a Dental Assistant with valid licensure or registration in accordance with state regulations
Familiarity with dental software platforms such as tracker for record management
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental procedures and patient care
Ability to operate digital radiography equipment (CAD) confidently and safely
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, including pediatrics
Prior experience working as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required; training will be provided for administrative duties
