RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent customer service through the delivery, pickup, care, and service of furniture, mattresses, appliances
Move heavy home furnishings on a daily basis with extreme care
Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude while working in our customers’ homes
Accountable for commitment to our company’s safety procedures and guidelines
Adhere to traffic and transportation laws
Maintain and clean the delivery truck
Organize and manage time independently




Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management - warehouse organization, assembly, store tidy-up, etc

YOU WILL BRING:
Previous moving experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Valid work permit for non-residents
Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
Thorough understanding of geographic locations and ability to read a map
Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy furniture
Knowledge and experience with furniture assembly an asset, but not mandatory
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team workplace

Physical Demands: Lifting is a strenuous and physically demanding position. We offer competitive wages, and the successful candidate must have a Customer-first approach.

Ability to work Saturdays is a must. Starting wage is $20-$22 per hour based on experience.
