Flex Your Ads is looking for a motivated Affiliate Manager to join our growing performance marketing network. You will manage affiliate relationships, help partners increase their traffic, and recruit new affiliates to promote our offers.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates
Encourage affiliates to launch and scale traffic
Recruit and onboard new affiliates
Recommend suitable offers based on each affiliate’s traffic source
Share offer details, tracking links, creatives, and updates
Follow up regularly with active and inactive affiliates
Monitor affiliate performance and traffic quality
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve tracking, compliance, and payment questions
Maintain transparent records of affiliate communications and progress

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing is preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Understanding of traffic sources such as Meta, Google, TikTok, native, email,



and SMS
Familiarity with lead generation, e-commerce, nutra, or home-services offers is an advantage
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Able to attend a coworking space in St. Catharines once per week
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Everflow is a plus

Compensation:
Base pay: $1,000 per month
Additional performance-based commissions based on the traffic, revenue, and overall performance generated by the affiliates you manage and recruit
