Duties
Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and prepare sites for construction activities
Assist with paving operations, including laying asphalt or concrete surfaces with precision and care
Support the setup and teardown of construction sites by installing barriers, signage, and safety equipment
Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity on-site
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule and uphold safety standards




Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly

Requirements
Proven construction experience or related hands-on work in building environments
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively; certification is a plus but not mandatory
Knowledge of paving techniques and materials used in road or surface construction
Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols at all times
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a agile work setting
Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to obtain necessary certifications as required by local regulations
Work in Heights required.
