CONSTRUCTION LABOURER – FULL TIME

Ravenshead Homes is looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. We work primarily on custom homes, additions, and large-scale residential renovations throughout the Niagara Region.

Starting Wage: $18.00/hour

Full time position with the opportunity for wage increases based on performance, reliability, and experience.

What we're looking for:
Valid G-class driver's licence
Some previous construction experience is required
Reliable transportation to work
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
Able to perform physical construction work and lift building materials
Willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Punctual, dependable, and able to follow direction
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Typical Duties:
General site labour and cleanup




Moving and organizing building materials
Assisting carpenters and other trades
Demolition and site preparation
Loading/unloading materials
Basic construction and carpentry tasks
Maintaining clean, protected, and organized jobsites
