The Dietary

Aide will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen workplace while working collaboratively with the Food Services team. A robust commitment to quality and effective communication skills are vital in this position. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and portion food for patient meals
Keep kitchen areas clean and sanitized
Collaborate in washing dishes and cooking tools
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes
Ensure kitchen is stocked with supplies Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of experience in food service in a hospital setting
Must hold a Food Handlers Certificate
Knowledge in protected food handling practices necessary
Ability to lift 25 lbs or more routinely Support patients through quality culinary service at Humber River Health as a Dietary Aide.
