Endy is looking for aSupply Chain Demand Plannerwho will support the operations team in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving cost efficiency. This role focuses on demand forecasting, inventory management, and optimizing supply chain processes. The Supply Chain Demand Planner plays a vital role in ensuring on-time shipping, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will use their analytical expertise to develop actionable insights, manage moving parts, and resolve issues in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment.In this current open role you will:Develop and refine demand forecasts using historical data and advanced forecasting methodsAnalyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to adjust forecastsIncorporate promotional activities and product launches into demand forecastsPlace and manage purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers on lead times and delivery schedulesOversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess stock, implementing optimization strategiesCollaborate with the Marketing team to align forecasts with business goalsPrepare and analyze reports on forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and demand trendsIdentify and implement process improvements for forecasting and inventory managementResponsible for inventory control (Variance reconciliation, inventory updates, etc.)Resolve issues daily through ad-hoc analysis, communication, and quick actionAssist with documenting processesRegularly update and monitor operations metricsThe Qualifications and Experience we like to see:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering,

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually.
