This role plays a key part in both the employee experience and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.Position OverviewAs the HR Generalist you will manage day-to-day HR operations while supporting full-cycle payroll across provincial lines primarily in Western Canada. You will work closely with leadership and employees to support a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment and payroll legislation in Alberta BC and Saskatchewan.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process accurate bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll across multiple provinces.Ensure compliance with provincial employment standards and CRA regulations.Maintain payroll records advantages deductions and time tracking.Process Records of Employment (ROEs) and year-end reports.Collaborate with Wagepoint.Manage vacation accruals statutory holiday pay and leaves in compliance with provincial standards.HR Generalist ResponsibilitiesManage full employee lifecycle:
