If so, we'd love to hear from you!We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our shared Finance team, supporting both Canadian and U.S. business operations. In this role, you'll be a key partner in driving accurate financial reporting, improving processes, and enabling better decision-making across the organization.What You'll Do:General Accounting: Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing. Monitor cash flow, prepare weekly AR reviews, and process vendor payments.Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct P&L reviews, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.Month-End Close: Lead the month-end closing process, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and ensure accurate financial records.Payroll Management: Process semi-monthly payroll, remit payroll taxes, and collaborate with the People & Culture team on payroll updates.Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process, providing financial insights and recommendations.Audit & Tax Compliance: Prepare working papers for audits, manage tax filings,
