Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
Collect data and document sessions in Rethink




Ensure fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans
Engage in recent-hire check-ins and team meetings
Communicate professionally with BCBAs and families Requirements:
6 months experience with children with developmental disabilities
Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain
Proven experience in ABA data collection
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
