Lead CHSSN as the Executive Director in Quebec City. Enhance health equity and promote social inclusion in English-speaking communities. This full time position is essential for guiding CHSSN’s mission and driving community-based initiatives.

Collaborating closely with the Board of Directors, you will catalyze strategic plans ensuring meaningful, measurable outcomes for communities across Quebec. Your leadership will focus on building partnerships and advocating for the health service needs of diverse English-speaking demographics. Key Responsibilities:
Set strategic direction and organizational goals
Manage overall operations and program performance
Advocate for services with government and partners
Develop funding strategies to ensure sustainability
Implement governance and compliance standards Requirements:
Minimum five years in senior nonprofit management
Master’s degree in relevant discipline preferred
Proven experience in Board collaboration
Familiarity with Quebec’s community health services
