Duties
Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
Support cooking processes by following recipes and safety guidelines to deliver delicious, consistent offerings
Handle food with care, adhering to proper food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
Serve customers efficiently by preparing ingredients and assisting with food service as needed
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
Follow all food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations




Support inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels

Experience
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Hands-on kitchen experience involving food preparation and cooking techniques preferred
Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is essential
Familiarity with meal preparation routines within the food industry will help you excel in this role
Previous roles involving serving or assisting in a busy café or restaurant setting are a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
