Duties
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
Perform account reconciliations regularly to verify the accuracy of bank statements and ledger entries
Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy in employee payments
Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
Manage invoice processing, expense tracking,



and financial documentation with meticulous attention to detail

Skills
Proficiency in popular accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management
Experience with bank reconciliation and account analysis to ensure data integrity
Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and budgeting tasks accurately
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and external vendors
