We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. Duties
Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and empathy
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of provider schedules
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) in compliance with privacy regulations
Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing or payment questions
Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate patient flow and address any scheduling conflicts or concerns
Follow up with patients regarding appointment reminders, test results, or post-visit instructions
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry,



filing, and document management to support clinic operations
Assist with clinic cleanliness following health and safety protocols

Qualifications
Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred, especially within dental or healthcare practices
Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable
Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) systems is essential
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and scheduling
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Office experience demonstrating proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite or similar)
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
