Job Summary

Duties
Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items with precision and creativity, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and hygiene standards
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests or team members, maintaining a positive attitude during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations, in compliance with health regulations
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; communicate needs for restocking to ensure smooth operations




Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting is highly preferred
Demonstrated skills in cooking, food preparation, and meal assembly
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced environment is a plus
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic culinary tools
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a high-energy setting
