Computer Technician / Help Desk Specialist

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and technically skilled person to join our team!

What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair PCs, laptops, and peripherals
Install and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and software
Provide basic network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity support
Perform computer setup, maintenance, and upgrades
Help customers with technical questions and provide excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For
Experience with computer repair or technical support
Positive knowledge of PC hardware and Windows
Basic networking knowledge
Familiarity with macOS, Microsoft Office, and Linux is an asset
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-service oriented and able to work independently

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
