In this in office position, you will be involved in managing support calls, assisting in PC imaging, and supporting IT asset management. Robust communication and technical skills are a must for effective client support during this work term. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver front-line help desk support at Tech Hub
Record and track client support calls in Help Desk database
Manage second-level triaging of complex issues
Assist with PC imaging and deployments
Facilitate IT asset management processes Requirements:
Enrollment in a recognized post-secondary IT program
Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office suite
Hardware experience with PCs and mobile devices
Valuable experience with Microsoft Active Directory
Ability to lift 40 lbs of equipment Support the City of Mississauga's tech initiatives while gaining practical experience in a collaborative workplace.
