Asphalt Milling Machine Operator (Road Grinder)Location: GTA & surrounding areasEmployment Type: Full Time/SeasonalJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Milling Machine Operator (Road Grinder) to operate large asphalt milling / cold planer machines on municipal, commercial, and heavy civil road construction projects.This role is ideal for a skilled operator who takes pride in precision work, equipment care, and safe jobsite execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate large asphalt milling / road grinder machines safely and efficientlyPerform depth-controlled milling in accordance with project specificationsConduct daily pre-trip and equipment inspectionsWork closely with ground crews, truck drivers, and supervisors to ensure smooth operationsFollow all health & safety policies, traffic control plans, and site proceduresMaintain clean, orderly, and secure work areasReport mechanical issues, deficiencies,
