We're looking for a proactive and dependable Bus Depot Service Assistant Supervisor (Cleaning, Shunting & Refuelling) to join our team at Oxford depot. In this role, You'll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure our fleet is clean, fuelled, and positioned safely, supporting the smooth running of a modern depot environment as our fleet and facilities continue to evolve.What you'll be doingLeading a small team of Fuellers/Shunters/CleanersSupporting the team by stepping in to clean, refuel, and reposition vehicles when neededOrganising daily task allocation and ensuring job sheets and reports are completed accuratelyPlanning weekly shift cover, monitoring performance,
