Night Production Supervisor, Automated Truss Facility

Clinton Building Components (An AEP Company), located in Vanastra, ON provides professional design services, supplies engineered wood products, and manufactures roof and floor trusses for contractors, builders, and homeowners. We are currently seeking a full-time Night Production Supervisor for the Automated Truss Facility to support our growing operations.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Night Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily production activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in all areas of the plant. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and values teamwork, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet schedules and quality standards
- Train, coach,



and support team members to achieve performance goals
- Ensure all health, safety, and quality protocols are followed
- Coordinate workflow, materials, and equipment for efficient production
- Collaborate with Operations and Design teams to ensure timely order completion
- Promote a positive, safe, and productive work culture

Qualifications

- Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or truss production environment (preferred)
- Supervisory or team lead experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform hands-on work as needed
- Robust communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Experience with power tools and rough framing an asset
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
