Production Team Member

Happy Hippo is a growing manufacturer of high-quality bath bombs, soaks, soaps, and other bath and body products, with customers throughout Canada and the United States.

We’re a close-knit manufacturing team that takes pride in making great products and creating a workplace where people are treated well. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our production team.

Unlike a large assembly line where you might perform the same task all day, our team works across different parts of the manufacturing process. Depending on the day, you may be making products, operating equipment, packaging finished goods, preparing orders, or helping keep the production area organized.

What You’ll Do

Manufacturing & Production: Measure, mix, press, fill, mould, and finish bath and body products according to established recipes and procedures.

Equipment & Moulding: Operate straightforward production equipment and remove finished products from moulds.

Packaging & Order Preparation: Package, label, and box products neatly and accurately, and help assemble wholesale and customer orders.

Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, count completed units, and help ensure our products meet Happy Hippo standards.

Production Tracking: Record completed production quantities and follow established manufacturing procedures.

Facility & Equipment Upkeep: Move ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products throughout the facility while keeping workstations, equipment,



and production areas clean and organized.

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, shipping, stocking, warehousing, food production, or a similar hands-on environment is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. Physical & Work Environment

This is an active manufacturing position. Employees should be comfortable:

- Standing for most of the shift
- Moving ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products around the facility
- Performing repetitive production and packaging tasks
- Working around essential oils, cosmetic fragrances, and fine powders

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
