Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Use various cleaning tools and products effectively to ensure surfaces are spotless and sanitized
- Manage laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare homes for special occasions or regular maintenance visits with attention to detail and efficiency
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and readiness for each job




- Demonstrate excellent time management by completing assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes

Requirements

- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple appointments efficiently
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the workday
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, respectful attitude toward clients
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and safe handling of cleaning products
- Effective communication skills to understand client instructions and provide updates as needed
- An economical reliable car is a must have
- All candidates must be able to pass a crimin recors check
- Cleaners work individually and must be able to about to do minimum record keeping of hours for timesheet submission and client info.
