We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Project Coordinator (PC) to join our dream team!
The Project
Coordinator (PC) plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of cabinet installation projects. This position manages the entire Project Management Process for retail and large custom cabinet orders by coordinating designated jobs from the point of sale through to project completion. The PC also assists in resolving issues, managing unforeseen situations, coordinating with sales and customers, and communicating with site personnel and homeowners. The PC will work in a fast-paced but casual environment and play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by actively engaging necessary staff, Designers, Installers, Project Managers, Service Technicians, Site Superintendents, and Homeowners in a wide range of customer service scenarios while adhering to our safety program, upholding our quality control standards, and making sure building codes are followed.

Coordinate Projects from Start to Finish:
Review project scope, installation requirements, timelines, and documentation. Monitor assigned projects, identify potential challenges, and ensure outstanding items are followed through to completion. Solve Problems and Support Customers:
Troubleshoot installation, scheduling, and site issues. Work with internal teams to develop timely solutions while balancing customer expectations and company requirements. Keep Everyone Connected:
Communicate with Sales,
Designers, Installers, Project Managers, Purchasing, Service Technicians, builders, homeowners, and site personnel to coordinate project requirements, changes, and scheduling. Manage Parts and Service:
Coordinate purchase orders, warranty items, replacement parts, and additional work. Schedule service appointments and work with the Scheduler and Service Technicians to complete outstanding items. Maintain Accurate Documentation:
Review installation, inspection, service, and completion reports. Complete data entry, clarify discrepancies, and prepare required work orders, completion reports, and purchase order documentation. Support Quality and Continuous Improvement:
Help maintain company quality and safety standards, ensure work is coordinated in accordance with applicable building codes, and identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and customer satisfaction. What you bring
Strong organizational, project coordination, and follow-up skills. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. A professional,
diplomatic approach when working with customers, employees, and external partners. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn ERP, project management, and scheduling systems.
High School
Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in project coordination, customer service, construction, residential building, cabinetry, or a related field preferred. Residential cabinet industry experience and additional project management training are assets. Why You’ll Love It Here
